1st Annual Inaugural Arkansas Valley Car Show Rolls Into Buena Vista

On Saturday, July 11th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the heart of Buena Vista came alive with the rumble of engines, the shine of polished chrome, and the unmistakable excitement of car lovers gathering for the 1st Annual Inaugural Arkansas Valley Car Show. Set against the backdrop of the Collegiate Peaks, this brand‑new event brought together locals, travelers, and auto enthusiasts for a day packed with horsepower, hometown pride, and summertime fun.

 

The Arkansas Valley Car Show made a strong first impression. Classic cars, modern builds, custom creations, and rare finds lined the streets, each one telling its own story. Families wandered between rows of gleaming vehicles, photographers snapped away, and owners proudly shared the history and heart behind their rides.

Participants had two registration options:

• $40 Registration — Included an event shirt and a commemorative plaque

• $25 Registration — Included a dash plaque

Both options gave car owners the chance to show off their vehicles, compete for awards, and be part of the inaugural year of what’s sure to become a beloved annual tradition.

 

Live music, local vendors, food trucks, and family‑friendly activities kept the energy high throughout the day.
