At Buffalo Peaks Lodge, we strive to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience for all our guests. To ensure the best stay possible, we kindly ask that you review and follow our policies outlined below.

Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Coffee: Available daily starting at 7:00 AM
Breakfast: Served promptly at 8:00 AM
We offer a full homemade breakfast each morning. Please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

All of our lodging is billed at a two-guest rate. For more than two people, there is an additional fee of $30 per head per night.

Children are welcome, but please note that we do not offer cribs or roll-away beds. Children 5 years of age and up are billed at the additional $30 per head per night.

Buffalo Peaks Lodge is a non-smoking property.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the lodge or guest rooms.
A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

We love animals, but pets are not permitted at Buffalo Peaks Lodge to ensure the comfort of all guests.

To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Full payment is due at check-in.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will only receive a refund if we resell the room.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Buffalo Peaks Lodge is open year-round.
In winter months, please check road conditions and travel advisories. Our property is accessible, but mountain weather can be unpredictable.
